Our Founder
Oshin Ayokunlemi is an innovative food scientist whose research in palm wine led to extending its shelf life to 12 months. Alarmed by widespread adulteration, she spent three years mastering palm wine tapping to ensure quality control.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, her discovery of palm wine’s immune-boosting and probiotic properties led to the launch of Raypine Palm Drinks in 2021. By 2023, she introduced a zero-alcohol probiotic version Raypine Probiotics Palm Drink with antioxidant benefits, showing promise in supporting cancer patients during chemotherapy.
In 2025, in order to advance circular economy practices and sustainable agribusiness, she introduced a post harvest waste upcycling, converting underutilized agricultural tropical fruits into functional natural beverage lines, Rachar Fruit Range.
A certified ISO Food Safety officer and member of NIFST, Ayokunlemi is a recognized leader in food science with multiple awards for her groundbreaking innovations.
